Convenient location and complimentary breakfast with Mexican food, yoghurt, good coffee.

The stay here was really really nice at great value. Greatly enjoyed our standard queen room with a kingsize bed. The location was excellant for walking around Zona Rosa.

Standard double room with 4 computers. Unbeatable, particularly good location just next door to the main promenade through the cbd which links through to the Castle, Museums and gardens of Bosque de Chapultepec, the Chapultepec Castle, with lots of nice restaurants in the area, and Terminal 2 of the airport.

Had REALLY NICE stay for two nights and the weather was very warm. The breakfast was complimentary with good coffee and many Mexican treats, for example, we appreciated everything. Perfect central location close enough to Zona Rosa, an area with lots of bars, clubs, and restaurants, a wonderful shopping mall, and concrete plaza walled off from vehicle traffic.

Generally, truly enjoyed this absolutely great accommodation with nice staff at the reception desk. Cheap room, that also was spotless with computers available. The location was awesome close to many nice restaurants, near Zona Rosa.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms with hot water and amenities. Excellent location in a friendly neighborhood. Receptionist provided attentive and patient service. a recommended budget option with good value.

The moment we walked into the Hotel Principado we were met with very friendly smiling faces, a warm welcome and were told any requests we may have during our stay, the Staff would provide.

The rooms spotless, cheap with internet, a kingsize bed. Fantastic and large breakfasts, with many Mexican treats, good coffee.

My room was quiet and fancy overlooking courtyard. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and very very good and well presented.

Our room was compact and new-fashioned with a view. The location by taxi from the airport was magnificent and absolutely perfect for us.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

This hotel in a quiet district impressed me with its excellent value for money. The location was very good, close to the Reforma 222 shopping mall and within walking distance of the city center. I felt safe exploring the area, as it was in a very good and safe location. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing directions and maps. The room was basic but very clean, and the highlight was the king-size bed that provided a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, having computers available for guest use was a convenient feature. Another great aspect was the breakfast included in the stay, offering a variety of hot and cold choices as well as fresh fruits.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Very clean and comfortable room, wonderful & helpful staff, good location (I felt very comfortable as a single woman travelling alone). And I loved the family restaurant, Restaurante Londres, right across the street.

I loved it all but would have liked an alarm clock in my room.

The hotel is located in the Pink Zone, close to commercial facilities. The breakfast was excellent. The internet access is free and the connection was realiable and fast. The personnel was very kind, helpful and spoke English. There is no gym in the hotel, but at the next street there is a very nice place where there are Zuma and yoga classes.
